When working out what is your weakest part if your body?

I asked this question today because we all have weaknesses. My weaknesses are my ankles, feet, wrists, and also my left leg. Oh goodness, I didn't know how my left leg was still weak from an infection I got during cancer. I realized my left leg was still weak when I started doing handstands. This morning I used my weak leg to lead me into a handstand. You see, when I use my strong leg I get up with FORCE but my alignment is off. I'm only using strength from my right leg. Now when I use the weak one, my left leg, I relay on my core I feel my body aligned and I feel light when I get up. And I can hold it! Its amazing, but then I realize I'm not using my strength and I tumble down. You know we don't deserve God's love and the desires he puts in our hearts. But that's when we know he loves us more than anyone else. Today I'm reflecting on how God uses the weak to shine through.. why??? Well maybe because weak people don't get in his way. So then he shines through and his strength and glory is bright, and no one sees weakness. I notice this today. As I used my weak leg in a handstand. What do I think??? Well, we all have weaknesses, I believe when you work out the weakest part of your body, in a healthy way it will bring you strength. Not just physical, but mental and spiritual. So next time you workout concentrate on working out your weakest part. So when your weakest part begins to realize it's not alone and has other muscles there to assist it you will begin to notice how when you let go things start to click. Think about it! 2 Corinthians 12:9

New International Version (NIV)

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
