FOUNDER/COACH

Meet Marilyn,  A disabled Army veteran turned inspirational certified personal trainer. Despite facing adversity, including battling cancer, Marilyn emerged stronger. She earned certifications in fitness and teamed up with others to found Rock Fitness, dedicated to promoting health and wellness. Her journey of faith and perseverance has not only healed her but inspired many.Marilyn's mission is clear:To teach others that fitness is a powerful tool in the fight for a healthier life. Rock Fitness isn't just a gym- IT'S FITNESS WITH A PURPOSE !

 

 

Joshua archer

Manager/Head Coach

Joshua has a Bachelors in Kinesiology, is a former collegiate Track & Field Sprinter, and has helped many people reached their fitness goals and even medal in strongman competitions. He is certified in Weight Lifting and is ready to get your training program ready for you. He’s passionate about fitness and continues to be active as a Texas Legends Strongman 2023 Champion!

Amber Mitchell

Coach

Amber is a Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), NASM personal trainer, and CrossFit certified

Whether you're aiming to get stronger, more flexible, improve your overall health, or crush specific fitness goals, she is here to support you every step of the way. With a background in yoga and functional fitness, Amber is passionate about helping individuals enhance their strength, mobility, and endurance to achieve their full potential in both fitness and overall well-being. She is committed to creating personalized training plans that are effective, challenging, and most importantly, fun.
Amber is now accepting new clients in the afternoons & weekends and would love to work with you to reach your goals. If you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, contact us!
 

 

Lisa Haller

Yoga Instructor

Lisa is a Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200),

She practices and teach all styles, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin , Restorative, and something called Buti Yoga, you can Google that one, but its a cardio dance yoga.
Lisa is always open to suggestions and wants to bring it every Tuesday.
